Day +181 : Cancer diets not much use
I am fine today.
Like to share an article from The Star 7 May 09, talk about the cancer diets. Main highlights :
There is always a different opinions. If you know who pay the researchers' salary, you know what is the result.
One thing for sure, "clean" diet don't toxic your body.
There is not much problem with the meat, eggs or milk; the problem is more on how we produce it, grow it, and cook it.
Take the simpliest thing, water, as example.No one will say water cause cancer, but why ppl don't drink water from the pipe? Again, the problem is in the way we process it. Another thing is the air; why we need air filter? You know the answer.
