I am fine today.

My neighbour started the renovation on Aug 09, the progress is very slow. They just cast the roof beam. The owner told me he is going to charge the contractor supervision fee, as he spend more time than him. That is true, I hardly see the contractor.

I have to close all the window and door due to dusty. My house suffering damage too. The water leakage penetrate into the brickwall, causing fungus growth and discolouring.

The hacking noise still continue, the renovation is very extensive......

Day +319 : Sour Sop fruit

My right hand is still pain, I also see Dr Alan again this morning to ensure thing is going alright. Dr Alan gave me some painkiller to release the pain.

PG drop by this evening, he bought three Sour Sop fruit at Kepong for me. He also found out the supplier contact number. I really appreciate PG all way from Kepong send me the fruits.

What special about this Sour Sop, see the details below e-mail by Fong Ming to me recently. It is natural cancer cell killer.

The Sour Sop or the fruit from the graviola tree is a miraculous natural cancer cell killer 10,000 times stronger than Chemo. Why are we not aware of this? Its because some big corporation want to make back their money spent on years of research by trying to make a synthetic version of it for sale. So, since you know it now you can help a friend in need by letting him know or just drink some sour sop juice yourself as prevention from time to time. The taste is not bad after all. It’s completely natural and definitely has no side effects. If you have the space, plant one in your garden. The other parts of the tree are also useful. The next time you have a fruit juice, ask for a sour sop.How many people died in vain while this billion-dollar drug maker concealed the secret of the miraculous Graviola tree? This tree is low and is called graviola in Brazil, guanabana in Spanish and has the uninspiring name "soursop" in English. The fruit is very large and the subacid sweet white pulp is eaten out of hand or, more commonly, used to make fruit drinks, sherbets and such. The principal interest in this plant is because of its strong anti-cancer effects. Although it is effective for a number of medical conditions, it is its anti tumor effect that is of most interest. This plant is a proven cancer remedy for cancers of all types.Besides being a cancer remedy, graviola is a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for both bacterial and fungal infections, is effective against internal parasites and worms, lowers high blood pressure and is used for depression, stress and nervous disorders. If there ever was a single example that makes it dramatically clear why the existence of Health Sciences Institute is so vital to Americans like you, it's the incredible story behind the Graviola tree. The truth is stunningly simple: Deep within the AmazonRainforest grows a tree that could literally revolutionize what you, your doctor, and the rest of the world thinks about cancer treatment and chances of survival. The future has never looked more promising.Research shows that with extracts from this miraculous tree it now may be possible to:* Attack cancer safely and effectively with an all-natural therapy that does not cause extreme nausea, weight loss and hair loss* Protect your immune system and avoid deadly infections* Feel stronger and healthier throughout the course of the treatment* Boost your energy and improve your outlook on life The source of this information is just as stunning: It comes from one of America 's largest drug manufacturers, the fruit of over 20 laboratory tests conducted since the 1970's! What those tests revealed was nothing short of mind numbing... Extracts from the tree were shown to:* Effectively target and kill malignant cells in 12 types of cancer, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreatic cancer..* The tree compounds proved to be up to 10,000 times stronger in slowing the growth of cancer cells than Adriamycin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic drug!* What's more, unlike chemotherapy, the compound extracted from the Graviola tree selectivelyhunts down and kills only cancer cells. It does not harm healthy cells! The amazing anti-cancer properties of the Graviola tree have been extensively researched--so why haven't you heard anything about it? If Graviola extract is as half as promising as it appears to be--why doesn't every single oncologist at every major hospital insist on using it on all his or her patients? The spine-chilling answer illustrates just how easily our health--and for many, our very lives(!)--are controlled by money and power.Graviola--the plant that worked too wellOne of America 's biggest billion-dollar drug makers began a search for a cancer cure and their research centered on Graviola, a legendary healing tree from the Amazon Rainforest.Various parts of the Graviola tree--including the bark, leaves, roots, fruit and fruit-seeds--have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians in South America to treat heart disease, asthma, liver problems and arthritis. Going on very little documented scientific evidence, the company poured money and resources into testing the tree's anti-cancerous properties--and were shocked by the results. Graviola proved itself to be a cancer-killing dynamo. But that's where the Graviola story nearly ended. The company had one huge problem with the Graviola tree--it's completely natural, and so, under federal law, not patentable. There's no way to make serious profits from it.It turns out the drug company invested nearly seven years trying tosynthesize two of the Graviola tree's most powerful anti-cancer ingredients. If they could isolate and produce man-made clones of what makes the Graviola so potent, they'd be able to patent it and make their money back. Alas, they hit a brick wall. The original simply could not be replicated. There was no way the company could protect its profits--or even make back the millions it poured into research. As the dream of huge profits evaporated, their testing on Graviola came to a screeching halt. Even worse, the company shelved the entire project and chose not to publish the findings of its research!Luckily, however, there was one scientist from the Graviola research team whose conscience wouldn't let him see such atrocity committed. Risking his career, he contacted a company that's dedicated to harvesting medical plants from the Amazon Rainforest and blew the whistle.Miracle unleashedWhen researchers at the Health Sciences Institute were alerted to the news of Graviola, they began tracking the research done on the cancer-killing tree. Evidence of the astounding effectiveness of Graviola--and its shocking cover-up--came in fast and furious.........The National Cancer Institute performed the first scientific research in 1976. The results showed that Graviola's "leaves and stems were found effective in attacking and destroying malignant cells." Inexplicably, the results were published in an internal report and never released to the public.......Since 1976, Graviola has proven to be an immensely potent cancer killer in 20 independent laboratory tests, yet no double-blind clinical trials--the typical benchmark mainstream doctors and journals use to judge atreatment's value--were ever initiated........A study published in the Journal of Natural Products, following a recent study conducted at Catholic University of South Korea stated that one chemical in Graviola was found to selectively kill colon cancer cells at "10,000 times the potency of (the commonly used chemotherapy drug) Adriamycin...".....The most significant part of the Catholic University of South Korea report is that Graviola was shown to selectively target the cancer cells, leaving healthy cells untouched. Unlike chemotherapy, which indiscriminately targets all actively reproducing cells (such as stomach and hair cells), causing the often devastating side effects of nausea and hair loss in cancer patients.....A study at Purdue University recently found that leaves from the Graviola tree killed cancer cells among six human cell lines and were especially effective against prostate, pancreatic and lungcancers... Seven years of silence broken--it's finally here!A limited supply of Graviola extract, grown and harvested by indigenous people in Brazil , is finally available in America ..The full Graviola Story--including where you can get it and how to use it--is included in Beyond Chemotherapy: New Cancer Killers, Safe as Mother's Milk, a Health Sciences Institute FREE special bonus report on natural substances that will effectively revolutionize the fight against cancer. This crucial report (along with five more FREE reports) is yours ABSOLUTELY FREE with a new membership to the Health Sciences Institute. It's just one example of how absolutely vital each report from the Institute can be to your life and those of your loved ones. From breakthrough cancer and heart research and revolutionary Amazon Rainforest herbology to world-leading anti-aging research and nutritional medicine, every monthly Health Sciences Institute Member's Alert puts in your hands today cures the rest of America --including your own doctor(!)--is likely to find out only ten years from now.

Day + 312 : Follow Up

My bloods count today on 9 Sept 09.Readings in square bracket [] are result from previous test.

Haemoglobin (HB) = 15.1[14.4] (Normal 13-18)
Platelet = 154[150] (Normal 150-450)
Total White Blood Count (WBC) = 7.0 [13.3] (Normal 4 - 11)

All are within the OK level. Dr Alan said the reading show the blood count are stable based on the last few readings.

Dr Alan said my vision is slightly blur due to the water retention in the eyes, this was due to the steroid drug which I am taking now. Steroid always caused water retention problem in the body. The steroid is needed to control the GVHD. This GVHD is a bonus to kill the lymphoma.

The GVHD ( Graft versus host disease) cause dry mouth issue and also dry skin. I started having this problem about three months ago. It will take at least another 6 months to settle down. The major issue is breathless now.

Day +313 : Wii - Home Video Game

I am fine today.

Jan 09, TA, HS, FM, CY, Stanley bought me an idea birthday present, Wii - a home video game. I just starting to play it recently.

Today, I am playing boxing with my son, and the winner ! My son, he can move faster than me.

Even it is just a video game, I am still struggling to cope with it physically.

Some extraction about WII from WIKIPEDIA

The Wii (ウィー?, pronounced /ˈwiː/, like the pronoun we) is a home video game console released by Nintendo. As a seventh-generation console, the Wii primarily competes with Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3. Nintendo states that its console targets a broader demographic than that of both.[6] As of December 31, 2008 the Wii leads the generation over the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in worldwide sales.[1] .

Units shipped Worldwide: 52.62 million (as of June 30, 2009)[1] (details

Using the Wii is often seen as being more physically demanding than other game consoles.[147] Some Wii players have occasionally experienced a form of tennis elbow referred to as "Wiiitis."[148] A study published in the British Medical Journal states that Wii players use more energy than playing sedentary computer games. It is however indicated that while this energy increase may be beneficial to weight management, it is not an adequate replacement for regular exercise.[149] A case study published in the American Physical Therapy Association’s journal Physical Therapy focused on use of the Wii for rehabilitation of a teen with cerebral palsy. It is believed to be the first published research showing the physical therapy benefits resulting from use of the gaming system. Researchers say the gaming system complements traditional techniques.[150]

山东,生日快乐

Day +306 : Dizzy

I am fine.
This morning , while learning Yuan Ji Qi Qong, I suddenly feel dizzy. I just take a break and quietly sit down. The situation did not improve, I was unconscious for a few minutes, luckily they observed it, and give me a hand. Chew Loeng, the person in charge for Yuan Ji in Wawasan offered to send me back.

I think the dizziness was due to low sugar level, as I don't take any drink prior the morning exercises. This is the second time I encountered such problem. First time, I phoned Ah Siew to brought me some Milo , it work pretty well.

Here is something I loved to read when I have bad day.

If you woke up this morning
with more health than illness,
you are more blessed than the million
who won't survive the week.
If you have never experience the danger of battle,
the loneliness of imprisonment,
the agony of torture or the pangs of starvation,
you are ahead of 20 million people around the world.
If you attend a church meeting without fear of harassment,
arrest, torture, or death,
you are more blessed than almost three billion people in the world.
If you have food in your refrigerator,
clothes on your back, a roof over your head and a place to sleep,
you are richer than 75% of this world.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet,
and spare change in a dish someplace,
you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
If your parents are still married and alive,
you are very rare, especially in the United States.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful,
you are blessed because the majority can,
but most do not If you can hold someone's hand,
hug them or even touch them on the shoulder,
you are blessed because you can offer God's healing touch.
If you can read this, you are more blessed
than over two billion people in the world that cannot read anything at all.
You are so blessed in ways you may never even know.

Day +304 : Tired

Today I feel tired and breathless, one of the way to tackle this issue , is doing things at a very slow pace. I have absent the morning Qi Gong for the past one week.
Besides this, my vision seem to be affected as well, hard to focus.

Yesterday, one of my colleague's mother pass away, succumb to cancer as well. Last week, Osman gone due to big C, so life sometimes is really uncertain, you don;t know when you will be called. Take time to relax, spend more time with family.......

Day +303 ; Follow Up

My bloods count today on 25 August.Readings in square bracket [] are result from previous test.

Haemoglobin (HB) = 14.4[14.4] (Normal 13-18)
Platelet = 150[132] (Normal 150-450)
Total White Blood Count (WBC) = 13.3 [9.8] (Normal 4 - 11)

The Platelet have back to normal, however the Total WBC is elevated further from 10 to 13. I knew this due to steroid drug I am taking. I asked doctor what will the long term effect, the answer is the bone will become weaker. However based on the current dosage and the duration, it shall not impose this effect for the time being. Recommend me to consume calcium as supplement.

I told Dr Alan my current major issue is breathless especially at the morning time. Dr said there is no quick way to fix this, time will fix it. Expect 3 to 9 months, things will settle down.

Then I pose second question, my physical strength seem to fluctuate , sometimes good , sometimes extreme tired. How can I improve this ? EAT WELL & SLEEP WELL, and don't forget to do exercise, walking will help to improve my breathing.

My weight is still around 51kg. My plan to push up the weight to 57kg by year end need to be revised.

Day +301 : Xin Yi & Art Class

Xin Yi have attended the art school in Bandar Puteri for about 2 years. She stopped attending when I was admitted to Hospital in March 2008. I used to send her to the class and watching her enjoy doing the painting. She will smile at me, show me her final works every time I pick her up.
