His house is just behind my house. A corner lot double storey Terra house, with built up areas about 3,200+ sf. We have been a long time neighbour, started at Vista Komanwel , Sri Petaling in 1998. Fong Ming had been working at oversea for many years, I don't see him frequent during that time. We use to have a teh tarik at IMU when he back from oversea. Now, we have Chen Yoong, Teck Ann and Fong Ming stay around Bdr Puteri, enough kaki for a teh tarik gathering.

Correction, I am not in Bandar Puteri, I am in Puchong Utama.
FM house is big enough for our next 5S188 gathering.
Why not take the chance to gather then?
Fong Ming, how about organizing a 2 in 1 (house warming + gathering) party at everyone's cost? Good to add "human spirit" to strengthen your house "fengshui".
